Wild Life
“I am forever grateful that I grew up in Tanzania, where so many wild things roam free. The privilege of growing up near wild animals and untouched natural spaces is getting rarer by the day, but it isn’t too late to protect the ones we have left. It can be overwhelming to know that some of the animals I paint are functionally extinct, and I have seen first-hand the damage that people have done, but I paint these beautiful creatures in order to raise awareness for what we can still do to help them.”
